• GST Department conducted a search and seizure operation under Section 67 of the CGST Act, 2017 at the company's registered office • Operation commenced October 29, 2026 at around 11:00 IST and concluded October 30, 2026 at around 21:30 IST • Company received a copy of the Search Mahasar on November 2, 2026 at around 11:00 IST • Company said business operations remained unaffected and continued as usual during the process • Company said it fully cooperated with officials and will furnish further information as required
