ESDS : APPOINTS SUSHIL KADU AS CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Kadu joins as Senior Management Personnel effective November 02, 2026, on NRC recommendation and board approval. He was earlier Director - Technology Line Manager at Amdocs India, leading 70+ engineers in AI-driven monitoring, automation and GenAI/RAG platforms. He will strengthen the Swaraj Platform and lead launch of new products and services. Impact: Neutral (Administrative SMP appointment; no financials disclosed)
