AELEA COMMODITIES : TO INVEST RS 114 CR IN LAND ACQUISITION, CAPACITY ADDITION

• Board approved acquisition of ~14,268 sq.mtr land at Vasravi, Surat for a new manufacturing facility • Aggregate investment estimated at ₹114 Cr: ₹100 Cr for land and manufacturing unit, ₹14 Cr for staff housing colony • Plans to add 60 MT manufacturing capacity and set up a new Cardonal Processing unit of 30 MT • Existing capacity at 140 MT with 100% utilisation • Staff housing colony proposed on existing Vasravi land for employee residential facilities • Projects to be financed via internal accruals and/or debt, completion within 30 months from February 2027 subject to statutory approvals
