• Received LOI from Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board (GWSSB) for an EPC water supply project at Bharuch • Scope covers intake well with approach bridge, DI-K9/MS rising main pipelines, RCC sump, pump house, staff quarter and SCADA works • Work spans water supply schemes based on Bhadbhut Barrage (RHS) for GIDC industries and rural areas of Bharuch and Vadodara districts • Includes 10 years of comprehensive O&M of the entire scope of work • Execution period 18 months including 3 months trial and run from LOI date of November 2, 2026 • Order value ₹703 Cr excluding GST; domestic entity, no promoter interest and no related party transaction
