• Company executed two separate lease agreements for Plot/Shed Nos. 30 and 31 at Metro Industrial Park, Village Moraiya, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat • Lease tenure 5 years with 5% annual escalation; lock-in period 2 years for the lessee • Security deposit ₹1.55 L per agreement, interest-free and refundable • Premises to be used for factory/business operations, including R&D in thermal and renewable energy and ancillary activities • Both agreements carry identical terms, differing only in plot/shed numbers
