DIACABS : APPROVES RS 170 CR CAPEX FOR VADODARA INTEGRATED POLYMER COMPLEX
• Board grants in-principle approval for ₹170 Cr capex on an Integrated Polymer Complex at Vadodara, to be built in two phases • Complex to manufacture PVC/FRLS compounds, silane and peroxide cross-linked XLPE compounds, and super-clean XLPE compounds for cables rated up to 400 kV • Once completed, expected to be India's first super-clean cable-grade polymer facility • Would make the company the only Indian cable manufacturer with a fully integrated value chain, from aluminium rod to 400 kV insulation • Board also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; auditors issued unmodified limited review reports • No deviation or variation in utilisation of QIP proceeds for the quarter, per statement reviewed by the Audit Committee
