• Invested ₹44.65 Cr in KNR Sriranganatha Infra Private Limited by subscribing to equity shares on rights basis • Subscription of 4,46,500 equity shares of ₹1,000 each; cumulative investment ₹44.75 Cr for 4,47,500 shares • Holds 100% shareholding in KSIPL, a wholly-owned SPV for the Mysore-Kushalnagara NH-275 four-laning project in Karnataka • KSIPL turnover was ₹7,982.23 lakhs (₹79.82 Cr) for FY26 • Investment made per terms of facility agreement with lenders and concession agreement with NHAI
