• Board appoints Dr. Amrut Naik as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 11th November 2026 • Appointment made on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee • Term of appointment is for the duration of the contract, so long as he remains in employment of the company • Naik has 26+ years of global pharma experience across branded formulations, generics, APIs, biologics, vaccines, specialty and innovation-led portfolios • Holds Ph.D. (Tech) in Pharmacology, Master's in Pharmaceutical Science and Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Science
