CEIGALL : TO INFUSE RS 86.32 CR IN PROJECT SPV FOR NHAI HAM PROJECT

• Management Committee approved creation of security for rupee term loan sanctioned to step-down subsidiary Ceigall Ambala Chandigarh Zirakpur Ltd, the project SPV • Further investment approved via equity and loans/securities/guarantees; total infusion by Ceigall and WOS CIPPL is ₹86.32 Cr, including ₹17.26 Cr equity and ₹69.06 Cr unsecured loan • Project SPV is executing a 6-lane access-controlled spur of 10.300 km from NH-205A Ambala-Chandigarh section to Zirakpur Bypass in Punjab on Hybrid Annuity Mode • NHAI letter of award dated 27 March 2026; SPV incorporated 28 April 2026 and is yet to commence operations, with turnover nil • Shareholding: Ceigall India 26% and Ceigall Infra Projects 74%; consideration in cash, infusion in tranches as per fund requirement
