SIMPLEX PAPERS LTD. ANNOUNCES UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND HALF YEAR ENDED 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2026

• Revenue from operation for the quarter was flat at ₹0.75 Cr, year-on-year. • Net profit for the quarter turned positive at ₹19.06 Cr from a loss of ₹2.95 Cr in the prior year quarter. • Net profit for the half year stood at ₹16.11 Cr, compared to a loss of ₹6.04 Cr in the same period last year.
