JOHN COCKERILL INDIA : RECEIPT OF APPROVAL FROM RBI
• Company received approval from RBI dated November 3, 2026. • This follows shareholder approval for amendment to Share Purchase Agreement with John Cockerill SA for acquisition of shares of John Cockerill Metals International SA, Belgium and issuance of Non-Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares. • Company will proceed with implementation of these matters. Impact: Approval received for share purchase agreement and preference share issuance.
