GREENPLY : EXPANDS PLYWOOD CAPACITY AT SANDILA WORTH RS 125 CR
• Proposes 15 million sqm additional plywood capacity at existing Sandila, Lucknow site with budgeted capex of ₹125 Cr, funded via mix of debt and equity • Facility has revenue potential of ₹320 Cr to ₹340 Cr at full capacity utilisation; commercial production expected Q4 FY28 • Total plywood capacity from Q4 FY28 to be 81.3 million sqm • Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue ₹799.7 Cr, up 16.1% YOY; core EBITDA ₹89.2 Cr with margin 11.2%, up 300 bps YOY • MDF FY27 guidance revised to ~20% full-year volume growth with core EBITDA margin of 15% to 16%; Q2 MDF margin at 15.2% • Consolidated net debt ₹544 Cr, debt-to-equity 0.56x, within guided 0.7x to 0.75x range
