Tanwani transferred final tranche of 65,00,000 equity shares (12.38% of paid-up capital) to Skybridge Interactive LLP • Transfer at ₹6 per share, aggregating ₹3.9 Cr, by off-market transfer; effected in depository records on 3 November 2026 • First tranche of 3,27,00,000 shares (62.29%) was transferred to the Acquirer on 6 October 2026 • After final tranche, Promoter holding is nil; Skybridge Interactive holds 3,92,00,600 shares or 74.67% • Paid-up equity share capital is 5,25,00,000 equity shares of Re 1 each
