• Board approved unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026. • Upgradation of manufacturing facility is for compliance with Revised Schedule M. • Civil work under current phase nearing completion; spent nearly ₹4.88 Cr on renovation and new blocks. • Capex payments via advances and invoices at ₹1.90 Cr. • Term loan disbursement of ₹51.90 L from HDFC Bank against total sanctioned ₹9.75 Cr. • Equipment deliveries have started; electrical, piping and HVAC work underway.
