ASGM & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 137191W), for an independent forensic accounting and investigation engagement covering FY2022-23, FY2023-24 and FY2024-25 • Reason: control and management transitioned to the present management with effect from April 01, 2025; historical financial records were not comprehensively handed over and certain primary accounting, purchase and statutory documents were not available • Company has received notices and queries from GST authorities on historical transactions, including input tax credit matters • Scope covers Tally data integrity, ledgers, vouchers, bank and fund reconciliations, ITC claims, income-tax notices, related-party transactions and unusual or unsupported transactions • Engagement is not a statutory audit, tax audit or assurance engagement; firm will not express an audit opinion on the financial statements • Professional fees approved at ₹3 L plus applicable taxes, with ₹1.5 L retainer payable before commencement
