RUCHI INFRA : FILES SLPS IN SUPREME COURT ON LAND COMPENSATION

• Company filed Special Leave Petitions on 3rd November 2026 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India • Challenge relates to determination of compensation for 4.71 acres at Village Byaora, Tehsil and District Hoshangabad, acquired by M.P. State Agriculture Marketing Board in FY 2009-10 under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 • SLPs filed against common final judgements and orders dated 10th August 2026 of the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur in First Appeal No. 427 of 2016 and First Appeal No. 564 of 2016 • Company has partly received compensation including interest in piecemeal; balance compensation is yet to be received • Quantum of claim cannot be quantified but will exceed ₹1 Cr, above the materiality threshold under Regulation 30
