• JV company AASTRA AI India Private Limited incorporated on November 3, 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013 • MCA issued the Certificate of Incorporation on November 3, 2026 • AASTRA AI is a 50:50 joint venture between Ceinsys Tech and AI Fabrik Inc, USA; each will hold 50% shares • Object is to build a sovereign AI infrastructure and services platform in India for AI NEO cloud, covering government, citizen services, companies, cybersecurity and defence use cases • Authorised capital ₹20 L and paid-up capital ₹10 L; subscribed amount is yet to be invested and will be at par • Newly incorporated entity has nil turnover, with operations to be in India
