ROSEMER : SIGNS MARKETING AND SALES PACT WITH CATS ECO SYSTEMS
• Rose Merc appointed Lead Partner for marketing, promotion and resale of CATS Eco Systems' approved products • Agreement carries no fixed contract value or upfront consideration; commercial terms to be mutually agreed on a project/order basis, overall value presently not quantifiable • Rose Merc to handle business development, lead generation and sales coordination; CATS responsible for manufacturing, product quality and technical support • Standard payment term of 20% advance; registered business opportunities may carry 18 or 24 months exclusivity depending on project value • Agreement valid five years from November 3, 2026, governed by Indian law with arbitration seated at Nashik; no change in management or control of Rose Merc • Collaboration targets business expansion and additional revenue in the industrial technology segment
