SKFINDIA : EXPANDS CAPACITY WORTH OVER RS 140 CR
• Board approved capacity expansion at Haridwar DGBB and Pune TRB plants, total investment ₹140.4 Cr • Haridwar: add 2 channels to existing 4 (approx 90% utilisation), investing ₹24.7 Cr and ₹37.9 Cr; production from Dec 2026 and Mar 2027 onwards • Pune: add 2 channels to existing 6 (approx 85% utilisation), investing ₹34.7 Cr and ₹43.1 Cr; production from Mar 2027 and Jul 2027 onwards • Expansion to be funded entirely through internal accruals • Rationale: enhance manufacturing capacity to support customer demand and reduce trading volumes • Also launched global brand SKF Vertevo; company name remains unchanged
