KOTAKBANK : GETS CCI NOD FOR DEUTSCHE BANK INDIA RETAIL, WEALTH BUSINESS BUY

• CCI has approved Kotak Mahindra Bank's acquisition of Deutsche Bank AG's retail banking, private banking and wealth management business in India • Approval conveyed vide CCI letter dated November 3, 2026, received by the Bank the same day • Transaction is a going-concern slump sale of Deutsche Bank's India business undertaking • Business transfer agreement was executed with Deutsche Bank AG (India branch) on June 30, 2026 • Completion remains subject to fulfilment of BTA conditions and any remaining statutory or regulatory approvals
