• Board approved interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share of ₹10 each, i.e. 60% of face value • Record date fixed as Wednesday, November 11, 2026 to determine dividend eligibility • Interim dividend payable to eligible shareholders within 30 days from declaration • Board also approved unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
