• Board approved appointment of Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) Balaji Nuthalapadi as Interim CEO, subject to RBI approval • Appointment follows resignation of P. N. Vasudevan as MD & CEO; relieving date to be decided post RBI approval • Term of appointment till assumption of office by the regular MD & CEO or such other date as approved by RBI • Board has initiated process to identify a successor and will submit its recommendation to RBI • Nuthalapadi has over 28 years of experience with Citi and has been Whole-Time Director of the Bank since March 29, 2025
