• Board approves expansion of anode capacity from 20,000 MT to 44,000 MT at a capex of ₹1,606 Cr • 20,000 MT to come into operation by June 2027; balance 24,000 MT by March 2029 • Board also approves crucible project at ₹475 Cr and 500 MTPA graphene project at ₹500 Cr • Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue ₹429.94 Cr, EBITDA ₹312.78 Cr, PAT ₹208.89 Cr • H1 FY27 PAT ₹269.07 Cr; consolidated cash and bank balances ₹1,322.84 Cr as on 30 September 2026 • Financials not comparable to prior periods owing to demerger of graphite electrodes business to HEG Ltd
