NUCLEUS : SHINHAN FINANCE SELECTS FINNONE NEO 9.0 FOR VIETNAM LENDING
• Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited, part of Shinhan Card and Shinhan Financial Group, selected the FinnOne Neo 9.0 lending platform • Shinhan Finance to implement Customer Acquisition System, Loan Management System and Collections modules across its lending operations • Platform planned to support personal finance, vehicle finance, consumer loans, credit cards and bundled propositions such as Omni Loan • Selection followed an extensive evaluation and proof-of-concept; Nucleus's local presence and implementation support in Vietnam were key considerations • Vietnam is Nucleus Software's largest market in Southeast Asia, with technology supporting HDBank, Vietcombank, Viet Capital Bank and MB Bank • Shinhan DS Vietnam will serve as the system integration partner for the implementation • Nucleus incorporated a wholly owned Vietnam entity and set up a Hanoi office in February 2026
