• Receives two Letters of Acceptance-cum-Work Orders from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation aggregating to ₹135.20 Cr, inclusive of GST and physical contingencies • Eastern Express Highway order at ₹63.23 Cr for microsurfacing and resurfacing of critical portions • Western Express Highway order at ₹71.97 Cr for improvement of main carriageway using microsurfacing technique • Both contracts have a six-month period, including monsoon • Orders awarded pursuant to acceptance of the company's tender offers by BMC; domestic entity, no promoter interest, not a related party transaction
