• Clarification filed after BSE and NSE sought comments on a 30 October 2026 report on India ordering a halt to eye-care drug production at the Assam plant after quality lapses • Company says the report relates to developments in August 2026 and does not concern any new event on 30 October 2026 • Matter was assessed at the relevant time and was not considered to warrant disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations • Notes it announced Q2 and H1 FY27 results on 30 October 2026 and is not in a position to attribute the share price movement to the news report or any particular factor • Confirms it is not aware of any undisclosed material event under Regulation 30 that could explain the price movement
