NDRAUTO : FORMS JV FOR CAR SEATS WORTH RS 7.19 CR
• Board approved JV agreement with DYA Co., Ltd. (Korea) to design, manufacture and supply passenger car seats in India for Kia India and Hyundai India • NDR to hold 51% in proposed JV company and DYA 49%; JV will become a subsidiary and be consolidated • Total investment/project cost approved at ₹62.96 Cr, with equity of ₹38.11 Cr in one or more tranches and loan of ₹24.85 Cr; initial equity ₹10 Cr • JV proposed as NDR DYA Auto Components Private Limited or NDR DYA Private Limited; commencement in 6-8 months from signing • Board approved capex of ₹11.34 Cr at Naviyani, Gujarat and ₹7.19 Cr at Kharkhoda, Haryana for new Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motorcycle programmes • Sep-26 quarter consolidated net profit up 33.2% YOY at ₹19.78 Cr; revenue up 22.0% at ₹244.02 Cr
