• Aptech received work order from a State Government Body to conduct Computer-Based Examination • Estimated contract value Rs 1.24 crore; order awarded by a domestic entity • Scope covers exam cities and centres (already audited) with seat numbers, to be run per RFP and MSA • Exam estimated to be executed in Q4 of FY 2026-27 • Promoter/group companies have no interest in the awarding entity; not a related party transaction
