LALPATHLAB : INVESTS UP TO RS 49.5 CR IN WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY LPL DUBAI

• Board approved further investment of up to ₹49.5 Cr in Dr. Lal PathLabs FZCO (LPL Dubai), a wholly owned subsidiary, in one or more tranches • Includes further investment of up to ₹30 Cr by LPL Dubai into its subsidiary Sunshine Healthcare Limited, Ghana • Consideration is cash; transaction expected to be completed by March 31, 2027 • SHL Ghana turnover: FY26 ₹24.4 Cr, FY25 ₹24 Cr, FY24 ₹21.7 Cr • Board also declared 2nd interim dividend of ₹5 per equity share; record date November 11, 2026
