MARKSANS : ACQUIRES QLINIQ FOR EUR 7.5 MN AND ABCNOW FOR EUR 1.1 MN

• Company acquired 100% share capital of QliniQ B.V., Netherlands-based, for EUR 7.50 million • QliniQ specialises in marketing and distribution of prescription medicines and medical devices in the Dutch market • QliniQ became a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 1 April 2026 • During Q2, Company acquired 100% share capital of ABCnow GmbH, Germany-based pharma company, for EUR 1.10 million cash • ABCnow has frontend sales, marketing and distribution capabilities across the German healthcare market; subsidiary w.e.f. 1 July 2026
