H1 occupancy up 500 bps to 68%; ARR up 11% to ₹7,222. Portfolio at 83 resorts and over 4,000 keys; opened 7 resorts in Q2; managed resorts revenue ₹37.9 Cr up 67%. Cash reserves ₹380.5 Cr, up 12% QoQ; zero-debt balance sheet.
