• Transition and consolidation of manufacturing operations at Plot No. 75D, Sector 18, Gurugram facility into existing Hyderabad and Solan plants • 75D facility contributed FY26 turnover of ₹86.30 Cr (~9.64% of standalone turnover of ₹894.80 Cr) • Attributable net worth of the facility at ₹51.18 Cr (~5.50% of standalone net worth of ₹931.22 Cr) • Manufacturing at the 75D facility to cease on completion; transition expected by November 15, 2026 • No sale or disposal of the 75D facility contemplated; Hyderabad facility commenced operations in March 2026 • Company does not expect any material adverse impact on overall manufacturing operations or business
