GESHIP : TAKES DELIVERY OF KAMSARMAX DRY BULK CARRIER JAG AMIT

• Took delivery of 2015 built Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier "Jag Amit" of about 81,886 dwt on 4th November • Vessel was contracted for purchase in Q2 FY27 and is financed entirely from internal accruals • Owned fleet now at 41 vessels - 25 tankers (5 crude, 16 product, 4 LPG) and 16 dry bulk carriers (2 Capesize, 11 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.33 mn dwt • Current capacity utilisation is close to 100% • Additionally contracted to buy one secondhand Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier and one secondhand VLGC, both expected to complete in Q3 FY27 • Also contracted acquisition of a newbuilding Suezmax tanker scheduled for delivery in second half of FY2028-29
