• Delivered on November 4; vessel of about 81,886 dwt contracted for purchase in Q2 FY27 • Purchase financed entirely from internal accruals • Owned fleet now 41 vessels: 25 tankers (5 crude, 16 product, 4 LPG) and 16 dry bulk (2 Capesize, 11 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.33 mn dwt • Current capacity utilisation is close to 100% • Additionally contracted one secondhand Kamsarmax and one secondhand VLGC, both expected to be completed in Q3 FY27 • Also contracted a newbuilding Suezmax tanker scheduled for delivery in H2 FY2028-29
