PFC : INCORPORATES WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY SIOT RAJOURI AKHNOOR TRANSMISSION

• Siot Rajouri Akhnoor Transmission Limited incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Ltd, itself a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC • SPV set up for development of laying of downstream transmission network from upcoming 400/220 kV grid substation Siot, Rajouri (ISTS) • PFCCL is Bid Process Coordinator nominated by Ministry of Power for selection of developer through tariff-based competitive bidding for Independent Transmission Projects • SPV will take up preparatory activities including survey, land acquisition process and forest clearance, if required • SPV to be transferred to the successful bidder selected through International Competitive Bidding under TBCB guidelines • PFCCL was appointed BPC by Jammu and Kashmir Power Transmission Corporation Ltd vide LoA dated July 23, 2024
