• NCLT Hyderabad Bench-I admitted India Power Corporation to CIRP vide order dated 15th May 2026 • Ms. Medarametla Srinivasa Manoranjani appointed Interim Resolution Professional, later confirmed as RP by CoC • Business Transfer Agreement dated 2nd June 2025 with wholly owned subsidiary IPCL Power Ltd under RP review, including potential avoidance proceedings under Sections 43-51 and Section 66 • Non-regulated business was transferred to IPCL Power Ltd w.e.f. 28th June 2025 by slump sale against allotment of 1.85 Cr equity shares of Rs.10 each • Q1FY27 results for quarter ended 30th June 2026 adopted by Management Committee of suspended directors and RP on 29th October 2026 • RP has appointed registered valuers and a transaction review auditor; accounting changes to be made if any arise
