AU BANK : CLARIFIES ON POTENTIAL DATA LEAK AT THIRD-PARTY SAAS PLATFORM

• Bank became aware on October 29, 2026 of a potential data leakage incident involving a third-party SaaS platform • Platform is hosted and managed by a reputed global third-party vendor and is used for onboarding vehicle loan customers • Preliminary findings indicate the incident may have resulted in data leakage of some vehicle loan customers; ~28.5 lakh vehicle loan customers were onboarded through this platform • Detailed internal and external forensic investigation underway with leading cyber security firms to ascertain nature and extent • Other systems remain unaffected and all services are operating normally; no impact stated on business operations, financial performance or business continuity • Matter reported to regulatory authorities including RBI and CERT-In
