• NCLT New Delhi Bench admitted Section 9 petition filed by operational creditor Bikit Private Limited against Quasar India Limited • Admitted default of ~₹6.15 Cr, comprising principal of ₹5.40 Cr and contractual simple interest at 12% p.a. of ₹0.75 Cr • Mr. Raghunath Bhandari appointed Interim Resolution Professional; powers of the Board of Directors stand suspended • Moratorium in force from 31 October 2026 under Section 14 of the IBC, barring suits, asset transfers and security enforcement • Order dated 31 October 2026, uploaded on the NCLT website on 3 November 2026
