• Entered into a lease deed with TIL Investments Private Limited for land in Village Kherki Daula, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurugram, Haryana • Lease is for constructing, operating, managing and maintaining a hospital • Lease granted for a period of 29 years 11 months • No special rights conferred on either party other than customary rights and obligations under the lease deed • Parties to the agreement are not related to promoter/promoter group/group companies
