• Wholly owned subsidiary Northern Arc Investment Managers announced first close of Northern Arc Diversified Debt Fund with commitments exceeding ₹400 Cr • Fund targets ₹1,500 Cr corpus plus ₹500 Cr greenshoe, potential size ₹2,000 Cr, five-year tenure and 16% XIRR target • Fund is NAIM's 15th private credit fund, a sector-agnostic Category II AIF focused on performing private credit; rated AA(SO) by CareEdge Ratings • Northern Arc India Impact Fund matured with 14.59% gross XIRR, in line with targeted returns; supported 60 businesses with gross deployment over ₹1,398 Cr • NAIM has launched 15 funds since 2014; seven fully matured at weighted average XIRR over 14.5% without extension or principal loss
