ADANIPOWER : SIGNS 25-YEAR PSA FOR 1,234 MW SUPPLY

• Signed a 25-year Power Supply Agreement with Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd (UPCL) • Contract covers 1,234 MW ex-bus net supply from 1,320 MW installed thermal capacity • Follows the company being declared successful bidder in the tender issued by UPCL • Intimation is in continuation of the earlier disclosure dated October 14, 2026
