• Carlsberg India extends existing contract manufacturing agreement for a further three years at SDBL's Odisha manufacturing facility • Agreement is a domestic manufacturing arrangement, renewable further with mutual agreement • Broad consideration not ascertainable at present; it will depend on actual business and production volumes • Company says the extension will provide improved capacity utilisation and support its long-term growth strategy • Disclosed voluntarily as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold under LODR Regulation 30
