GLENMARK : ICHNOS GLENMARK INNOVATION TO PRESENT UPDATED ISB 2001 DATA AT ASH

• Updated Phase 1 TRIgnite-1 data for ISB 2001 (ABBV-2001) selected for oral presentation at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting on December 12, 2026 • ISB 2001 is an investigational first- and only-in-class CD38 x BCMA x CD3 trispecific T-cell engager built on IGI's BEAT Multispecific Platform • Data include longer follow-up from the dose-escalation phase and early results from dose-expansion cohorts in heavily pretreated relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma • IGI CEO Lida Pacaud said the asset continues to demonstrate robust efficacy and tolerability in heavily pretreated RRMM patients • IGI and AbbVie have an exclusive global licensing agreement for the trispecific, formed in July 2025
