CUBEXTUB : PREFERENTIAL WARRANT ISSUE UP TO RS 75 CR
• Up to 50,00,000 convertible warrants at ₹150 per warrant, aggregating up to ₹75 Cr • ₹50 Cr earmarked for land, civil and electrical works, in and around December 2026 • ₹25 Cr for vacuum induction melting furnace, in and around July 2027 • Estimated project cost ₹87 Cr, with balance ₹12 Cr to come from company reserves • Expected trail of the project around August/September 2027 • Conversion to be structured so it does not trigger an open offer under SEBI Takeover Regulations
