SHILP GRAVURES Q2 : CONS NET PROFIT DOWN 35.4% AT ₹1.14 CR (YOY), DOWN 66.0% (QOQ). WEAK (On 1st Look)
Revenue up 4.1% at ₹26.93 Cr (YOY), up 6.8% (QOQ). Standalone net profit down 25.5% at ₹1.43 Cr (YOY), down 61.8% (QOQ); standalone revenue up 5.7% at ₹24.58 Cr (YOY). Consolidated segment revenue: gravure rollers ₹25.65 Cr, power generation ₹1.03 Cr, others ₹1.28 Cr in Q2. Other income for H1 FY27 includes net gain on sale of investment ₹1.42 Cr and FVTPL gain ₹1.10 Cr. Caution: FY26 annual results carried ₹2.52 Cr exceptional hit from new Labour Codes; Q2 has no exceptional item.
