PATELRMART Q2 : NET PROFIT DOWN 2.2% AT 9.91 CR (YOY). MIX (ON 1ST LOOK)

• Total income up 33.5% at 300.95 Cr (YOY); H1 total income up 49.6% at 611.19 Cr. • EBITDA up 5.2% at 20.56 Cr (YOY); margins 6.8% v 8.7% (YOY). • H1 PAT up 13.9% at 19.43 Cr (YOY). • Retail network expanded to 54 stores with four additions in H1 FY27; Indian Chaska now in 8 states and 1 UT. • Proposed 20,000 sq.ft. Ambernath distribution centre expansion, taking total area to ~84,000 sq.ft. Impact: Retail and distribution expansion continues even as Q2 net profit declined YoY.
