• National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) set aside NCLT order dated 09 Sep 2026. • NCLT order had directed Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on FTF Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. • CIRP initiated pursuant to NCLT order now stands annulled. • Copy of NCLAT order dated 4 Nov 2026 enclosed for information.
