UTLSOLAR : TO SET UP RS 350 CR SOLAR CELL FACILITY AT RATLAM

• Setting up 1.2 GW solar cell manufacturing facility at Ratlam with investment of around ₹350 Cr, expected commissioning by Q1 FY28 • Commissioned 2 GW power electronics capacity at Ratlam in Q2 FY27; total power electronics capacity now 4.1 GW • 3 GWh lithium-ion battery facility at Ratlam expected to be commissioned in the coming quarters • 1 GWh tubular battery plant at Hathras with around ₹20 Cr investment, targeted by Q3 FY27, replacing fire-hit 1.3 GWh Bawal capacity • Q2 FY27 revenue from operations ₹1,306.8 Cr, up 130.1% YoY; EBITDA ₹222.9 Cr, up 116.4% YoY; reported PAT ₹132.9 Cr, up 111.2% YoY • Q2 FY27 EBITDA margin 17.1% vs 18.1% YoY on lower sales realisations to drive volumes
