• Board approved entering into a binding Joint Venture Agreement with TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH • MD Sunil Menon and Chairman Gautam Makker authorised to negotiate, finalise and execute the agreement • Company will make a further disclosure with SEBI Master Circular prescribed details once the agreement is signed • Approval given at the Board Meeting held on November 06, 2026
