• Board approved issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each via rights issue • Total issue amount not exceeding ₹1,450 Cr to eligible equity shareholders as on record date • Issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date and payment terms to be decided by Board or Rights Issue Committee • Number of shares and issue price to be determined after in-principle approval from stock exchanges • Proposal subject to receipt of regulatory and statutory approvals
